1. What is the lead time for my order?
Our treats are made to order to ensure optimum freshness for your furkids, thus a lead time of 3-7 business days after confirmation of order will be needed to process and ship your orders out!
2. Can I place a custom order for a special occasion?
Absolutely! Our treats are perfect for birthdays, celebrations and gifts. Contact us at sgpawsomebites@gmail.com to discuss your requirements.
3. How do I store your treats?
Our treats are best stored in a cool, dry place if unopened. Once opened, please place them in the fridge to prolong freshness. Our treats are best consumed 1 month from production date.
4. Do you have a loyalty program?
No, our courier company do not offer the service to deliver on weekends currently.

Shipping and Delivery

5. What delivery options are available?
We offer islandwide delivery with a local courier for $6. Free delivery is provided for orders $60 and above (after discounts).
6. Is tracking for my parcel available?
Yes, tracking will be available with our local courier. Once your order is ready, you will be provided with the tracking number via email.
7. Can I do self-collection?
Yes, self-collection will be available at Elias Mall, White Sands, or Waterway Points on specific days. Please indicating the place for self-collection, we will reach out to confirm the date and time.
How long does it take for home delivery?
We use Royal mail and DHL to send most of our UK orders.Euro Car Parts reserves the right to use discretion in any circumstance where it makes more sense to use an alternative delivery method.
